Started in November 2019, Pasar Grub is a social market dedicated to food rescue by making nutritious surplus produce accessible and affordable to the community, generating awareness, helping our environment and local businesses by reducing wastages going into landfills and in food sustainability policy.

To date, our team and partners are consistently impacting thousands of families, building circular economy and championing People, Planet, Profit & Policy.

Due to invisible hand, free market, chronology and scale of wastages, we only truly prevent waste when we improved the individuals diet; from eating unhealthy diet to a healthy one. Food for Thought

We purchase surplus from local farms & distributors, providing them additional income. Also reducing household expenses with accessible & affordable essential produce through morning market or community programme with our partners. Supply to SMEs in F&B, also collect food waste for repurpose as organic compost by the farms. All activities through minimal carbon footprint or single use materials.
